TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This registration becomes a binding contract when it is fully filled, signed and all documentation is received by Heritage House Montessori Center to whom all fees are payable. The contracted fees are the tuition fees for the selected course as stated in the current fee schedule for Heritage House Montessori Center. Tuition fees are not refundable or transferable. Students accept liability for the full contracted fees upon agreement of these terms and conditions.
- The Training center tuition fees can be paid in instalments (after the initial payment) as per the dates given on the current fee schedule for Heritage House Montessori Center. Students with fees unpaid three weeks after due dates will incur a surcharge of 10% on the overdue fee. The full remaining balance of course fees will become payable should instalment fall into arrears.
- Cancellation or Deferral: Students who cancel or defer a course will be liable for a cancellation/deferral fee (see student handbook). The full contracted fees are payable for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course. The Application fee is not refundable. Course fees on the Distance Learning Programme are not inclusive of examination fees, workshop or seminar fees.
- I agree to the Terms and conditions stated above and I accept responsibility for any balance of fees in accordance with this Registration Form. Heritage House Montessori Center holds copyright over all information contained in the Course notes, CD’s and Write-ups. It is understood that under no circumstance will I allow any other party to have access to them, or use them for training purposes. I may however retain the material for my own personal use for as long as I wish.
