As the premier Montessori Teacher Education Programme in Nigeria, and one of the biggest Montessori Teacher training centres in Africa, with two schools in Nigeria and still growing, HHMC has put in place a Graduate Teacher Trainee Programme as part of our contribution to the growth of Early Childhood education sector in Nigeria, and also to enhance our operational efficiency and delivery to parents and guardians across the various educational touchpoints. We desire to attract outstanding, academically qualified and sound achievers, into our pool of teachers to meet our growing human resource requirements across our schools.
The Programme is aimed at identifying, selecting and training a new generation of Montessori Teachers who will keep HHMC mission of alive as we continue to propagate the ‘good news’ of Montessori education into other parts of Africa.
Depending on the course, selected candidates will be trained between 6-weeks to two years and acquire the essential skills needed, while exposed at the same time to classroom experience through mentoring by experienced Classroom teachers. Diplomas for our internationally accredited courses will be issued by MACTE.

How to apply:
To be a part of this rare opportunity and unique programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a maximum age of 35 years of age as at the year of application
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must have graduated with a minimum of a Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline
- Worked with young children for a minimum of 12 months will be an advantage
- Must have a passion and desire to make a career in work with young children
- Must have a minimum of 5 credits (including Maths and English) at SSCE or GCSE level
- All applications must be received not later than 1st May 2021
- Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited for an Aptitude Test. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and SMS.
- Invitation letters for the aptitude test will thereafter be sent to all candidates
- Please note that all educational qualifications presented by the applicants will be verified accordingly
